Q: How do I create a new design in OLLO Lifestyle?
A: Log in to your account, then head over to the “Create” section. Use our design tool to upload your artwork, position it on the product, and customize it as you like. Once you’re happy, save your design.


Q: What is a Campaign?
A: A Campaign is your personalized storefront for a specific design. It includes your chosen product(s), pricing, and description, and is shared with customers through a unique link.


Q: How do I create a campaign?
A: After saving your design, click on “Create Campaign.” Select your products, set your selling price, choose a title and description, and hit “Submit” for review.


Q: I do not find any category or tags that go with my design. What should I do?
A: Choose the closest matching category and tags. If you believe something is missing, feel free to contact our support with your suggestion.


Q: I do not want my design being saved by the browser. What should I do?
A: Use Incognito/Private browsing mode when working on designs or clear your browser cache and history after you're done.


Q: I have created my campaign. Why is it not published immediately?
A: All campaigns go through a short review process by our moderation team to ensure they meet our guidelines. This may take some time.


Q: My campaign price I set initially was too high. Can I change it later?
A: Yes, you can edit your campaign and adjust the pricing before any sales occur. Once a sale happens, price changes may be restricted.


Q: I want to create a campaign for all other available products. How is that possible?
A: While creating your campaign, you can select multiple products to offer your design on. Simply check the available options in the product selection section.


Q: My Campaign is Published. What should I do now?
A: Promote it! Share your campaign link across social media, with friends, and in communities that align with your design.


Q: I want to change the design of my campaign. Is this possible?
A: Unfortunately, once your campaign is published, the design cannot be changed. You’ll need to create a new campaign with the updated design.


Q: Does OLLO Lifestyle change my campaign information?
A: We do not alter campaign details without notifying you. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments if a campaign violates our terms or community standards.


Q: How do I know when my campaign generates sales?
A: You’ll receive a notification on your dashboard and via email whenever a sale is made. You can also track all sales under the “My Campaigns” section.


Q: My campaign was published once, but now it's unpublished and not by me. Why?
A: Campaigns may be unpublished if they violate platform policies, receive copyright complaints, or are inactive. Check your email for any related notifications or contact support for details.


Q: Can I unpublish any of my campaigns?
A: Yes, you can unpublish your own campaigns from the dashboard at any time.


Q: I do not have any Bank or Bkash account. How do I get my OLLOCASH payouts?
A: Currently, OLLOCASH payouts are processed via Bank or Mobile Financial Services (Bkash/Nagad). Please arrange an account to receive your payments or contact support for alternatives.


Q: I forgot to send my payout request. How will I get my payments?
A: Without a payout request, your earnings remain in your OLLOCASH balance. You can request a payout during the next cycle.


Q: The Next Payout Day shows ‘TBA’. What does that mean?
A: “TBA” (To Be Announced) means the next payout schedule has not been set yet. Keep an eye on your dashboard or email for updates.


Q: I have sent a payout request but did not receive money. What happened?
A: Payouts may take a few business days to process. If there is a delay, check your payout history or contact support for assistance.


Q: Do OLLO Lifestyle promo codes affect my earnings?
A: No. Promo codes offered by OLLO come out of our end and do not reduce your earnings from the campaign.


Q: I want my campaign to move forward in the website gallery. Is there anything I can do?
A: Focus on promoting your campaign and driving traffic. High-performing campaigns are more likely to be featured. You can also reach out to our team for promotional opportunities.


Q: I want to place an order with a large quantity, but the cart only allows 15 items per size. What should I do?
A: For bulk orders, please contact our customer support. We’ll assist you with placing larger orders directly.


Q: Do I get special pricing while putting orders in larger volume?
A: Yes! We offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Reach out to our support team for a custom quote.


Q: Is it possible to purchase gallery items and custom-designed items in the same order?
A: Currently, gallery and custom campaign products may need to be ordered separately. We’re working to streamline this in the future.
